How many reviews did you get?
For most Aussie businesses, the honest answer is zero or one. Not because customers were unhappy — they were rapt. Nobody asked them. And that good feeling fades fast.

What a customer actually sees when they search your trade + your suburb
Your Business Pty Ltd
Newest review: 11 months ago
Looks small and quiet. Maybe even closed down. Even though you're flat out.
Their Business Pty Ltd
Newest review: yesterday
Gets the call. Not because they're better. Because they look safer.
The difference isn't the quality of the work.
It's whether anyone remembered to ask.
Six things that fix your reputation.
We do all six.
Most tools only do the first one. Reputation is not just getting reviews — it is answering them, reviving old ones, using them, defending them, and keeping your profile healthy.
Get new reviews, automatically
Every customer gets asked. You do nothing.
After each job we text or email your customer and ask for a Google review. It comes from the person who did the work, so it feels personal. One tap and they are in the review box.
All plansReply to every review
No review sits there ignored.
We write a reply for every review you get — warm for the good ones, calm and professional for the tough ones. Approve it with one tap, edit it, or let it post by itself.
Professional & upWake up your old customers
Years of happy customers. Never asked.
Our Goldmine Campaign goes back through your past customer list and asks them properly, in safe batches so it looks natural. Most businesses get a big jump in the first month.
Once-off or includedTurn reviews into social posts
Your customers write your marketing.
Every new 5-star review becomes a branded post for Instagram and Facebook — the quote, the stars, your logo, laid out properly. Your feed stays active without you writing anything.
DominateFight unfair reviews
Someone left a review that is not true?
We check it against Google’s rules and tell you straight whether you have a case. If you do, we build the evidence and lodge a proper appeal. If you do not, we say so.
Once-off serviceLook after your Google profile
The boring bit that decides who shows up.
Weekly posts, fresh photos, correct hours, right categories, full service list. It is dull, nobody does it, and it quietly decides who appears in the map when someone searches.
Professional & upEverything hinges on the Peak-Gratitude Window
There is a short stretch after you finish a job when your customer feels genuine, active gratitude. The problem is solved, the stress is gone, and they'd happily do you a favour. That feeling starts fading almost immediately. Ask inside the window and a large share say yes. Ask outside it and you are asking a stranger.

Sent inside the window
Not tomorrow. Not in Friday’s batch. Roughly ten to twenty minutes after the job is done, while the relief is still fresh and the phone is still in their hand.
Most tools send the next morning, when the moment has gone.
From a person, not a brand
“It’s Dave from Apex Plumbing — thanks for having me out today.” Your customer remembers Dave. They do not remember your customer experience team.
Generic surveys from “no-reply” get ignored, and deserve to be.
One tap, no hunting
The link opens straight into your Google review box with the rating ready. No searching Maps, no logging in, no app download, no seven-question survey.
Every extra step loses roughly half the people who were willing.
Three steps. Two of them are already
part of your day.
No new system to learn, no software for your team to fight with, and nothing to install on anyone's phone.
Finish the job
Nothing changes about how you work. Your sparky finishes the switchboard, your accountant lodges the return, your groomer hands back the dog.
No new software for your team to learn.
Tap once. Ten seconds.
Open the Job Complete link saved on your phone’s home screen. Customer name, mobile, who did the work. Send. That is the entire job.
Or connect your job software and skip this step entirely — it fires the moment you mark a job complete.
The review lands
Your customer gets a personal message from the person who actually served them, with a link that opens straight into the Google review box.
One reminder if they forget. Then we leave them alone.
You genuinely do not need a CRM
Most of our clients run on a phone and a notepad. Save the Job Complete link to your home screen and it behaves like an app — three fields and a send button. If you do use ServiceM8, Simpro, Fergus, AroFlo, Tradify or Xero, we'll connect it and you can skip the step entirely.

for your profile?
Drag the sliders. We've deliberately built this to show reviews and cost per review, not invented revenue figures — because reviews are the part we can actually influence.
Your business
Response rate depends on your service quality, how quickly requests go out and whether the sender is a named person. We've defaulted to a deliberately modest 15%.

The 30-Day Review Guarantee
Send at least 20 eligible customers through the system in your first 30 days. If you don't receive at least 3 new genuine Google reviews in that time, we refund your first month in full.
No retention call, no "let us try one more thing", no partial credit. You email us, we refund you. We've written the full terms in plain English rather than burying them.
What "eligible" means
- A real customer you actually served in the period
- A valid Australian mobile number or email address
- Not previously asked and not on your suppression list
- Consent captured in line with the Spam Act
We ask for 20 because below that the sample is too small for anyone to draw a fair conclusion — including you.
Four things we will never do
This industry has a cowboy problem. Plenty of operators will happily sell you something that gets your Google profile suspended or lands you in front of the ACCC. Here's exactly what we won't touch — and you should hold any competitor to the same list.
We will never write fake reviews
Not from staff, not from contractors, not from a farm offshore. Fake reviews breach Google’s policies and the Australian Consumer Law, and they get profiles suspended. Every review you get through us comes from a real customer you actually served.
We will never gate your reviews
Some tools survey customers first and only send the Google link to the happy ones. Google explicitly prohibits it, and the ACCC treats manipulated review displays as misleading conduct. We ask every eligible customer, the same way.
We will never guarantee rankings
Anyone who guarantees you a map-pack position is guessing or lying. Steady genuine reviews and a complete, active profile are well-documented local ranking factors. That is what we do. The algorithm is still Google’s.
We will never promise to delete bad reviews
We will assess whether a review breaches Google policy and appeal it properly if it does. If a real customer had a real bad experience, no one can remove that — and we would not try.
What that leaves is the boring, durable version: ask every real customer, at the right moment, in a way that makes it easy to say yes. It is slower than buying reviews. It is also the only version that still works in three years.
The timing rules change
by industry. So do we.
A plumber should be asked about twelve minutes after the job. A builder should be asked three weeks after handover. A mortgage broker should be asked on settlement day, not approval day. We set this up per industry, not one-size-fits-all.

Do I need a CRM or job management software?
No. Most of our clients run on a phone and a notepad. We give you a Job Complete link you save to your home screen — type the customer’s name and mobile, pick who did the work, hit send. Ten seconds. If you do use ServiceM8, Simpro, Fergus, AroFlo, Tradify or Xero, we can connect it so requests fire automatically when you mark a job complete.
How fast can I be live?
Within one business day of you completing onboarding. We need your business name, your Google Business Profile link, and the first names of your team. We write and test your message templates, send you a live test to your own phone, and switch you on once you approve it.
How does the 30-Day Review Guarantee work?
Send at least 20 eligible customers through the system in your first 30 days. If you do not receive at least 3 new genuine Google reviews in that period, we refund your first month in full. No arguing, no retention call. The full terms are on our Guarantee page and we have deliberately written them in plain English.
Is this legal under Australian spam laws?
Yes, and we take it seriously. Under the Spam Act 2003 you need consent, accurate sender identification and a working unsubscribe. Your customers have an existing business relationship with you, every message clearly identifies your business, and replying STOP unsubscribes them instantly and permanently across all future messages. We will not send to a purchased list.
Does this breach Google’s review policies?
No. Google prohibits incentivised reviews, fake reviews and review gating. We do none of those. Google explicitly permits asking your customers for honest reviews — it is in their own Business Profile guidance. We ask every eligible customer the same way and we never filter by expected sentiment.
What if a customer leaves a bad review?
Some will, and that is healthy. A profile with nothing but 5-star reviews reads as fake to shoppers and to Google. What matters is that you have enough recent genuine reviews that one bad month does not define you, and that every review gets a calm, professional reply. On Professional and Dominate we write those replies for you.
Can I use my own team members’ names and photos?
Yes, and you should — it is the single biggest driver of response rate. A message from “Dave who just fixed your hot water” gets read and acted on. A message from “Customer Experience” gets ignored. Add as many team members as you like at no extra cost.
What happens if a mobile number is wrong?
You see it in the dashboard immediately, flagged as undelivered. Fix the number and resend, or fall back to email. Nothing disappears silently.
Am I locked into a contract?
No. Monthly plans are month to month — cancel any time before your next billing date and you will not be charged again. Annual plans are prepaid for twelve months in exchange for a 20% discount. There is no exit fee on either.
What does it cost to get set up?
Nothing. Setup, template writing, testing and onboarding are included on every plan. There is no joining fee and no minimum term on monthly plans.
What if I need more review requests than my plan includes?
Add more any time at $1 per request, bought in blocks of 110 — so $110 for 110 extra requests, $220 for 220, and so on. There is no markup for buying a small block. We will also tell you when you are getting close to your limit rather than letting you hit it by surprise.
Do unused review requests roll over to the next month?
No. Your allowance resets at the start of each billing month and anything unused expires. We would rather be upfront about that than bury it. If you are consistently finishing the month with a lot left over, tell us — you are probably on the wrong plan and we will move you down.
I already have a few hundred reviews. Is this still worth it?
Often more so. Recency is a ranking and trust factor — 300 reviews where the newest is from 2023 reads worse to a customer than 60 reviews with 4 from this month. Steady flow beats a big stale pile.
Can you handle more than one location or business?
Yes. The Dominate plan supports multiple Google Business Profiles, with separate reporting and separate review streams per location. If you run several trading names, tell us during onboarding.
Still not sure? Tell us what's putting you off
Anonymous if you like. We actually read these.

Find out what your review gap actually is
It takes us about twenty minutes and costs you nothing. You get the report either way — there is no version of this where you end up worse off.
-
1. We audit your profile
Your review count, rating, recency and velocity — measured against your three closest local competitors.
-
2. You get a plain-English report
What the gap is, what it is likely costing you, and what a realistic 12-month picture looks like at your volume.
-
3. You decide, with no pressure
If it makes sense, we set you up and you are live in a day. If it does not, keep the report and use it yourself.
