Real Estate Agents

Google review automation for Australian real estate agents

Vendors choose agents on trust and evidence. Before a listing appraisal, they have already read your Google reviews, your competitor’s Google reviews, and formed an opinion about who is going to be straight with them.

What your customer receives

After: property settlement

Hi Helen, Daniel here — settlement went through this morning and everything is finalised. It has been a pleasure working with you on the sale. If you would be willing to share how the campaign went in a quick Google review, it genuinely helps other sellers choose well: [link]. Thank you.

Typical volume

3–20 settlements + property management per month

If you run a agency, this will sound familiar

  • Vendors compare your reviews against two other agents before they call
  • You have sold four hundred homes and have twenty-two reviews
  • Property management generates constant goodwill that never gets captured
  • Agency-level reviews exist but yours as an individual agent do not
  • One angry tenant review sits there with nothing recent to balance it

Why this works for real estate agents specifically

Real estate has two review streams most agencies never use: sold vendors, and property management. Vendors are obvious. Property management is the sleeper — successful lease signings, fast maintenance resolutions and smooth end-of-lease inspections all produce genuine goodwill, at far higher volume than sales. We run both streams with separate templates and separate timing.

How customers in your trade actually search

“Real estate agent [suburb]”, “best agent to sell my house [suburb]”, “property manager near me”. A single listing is worth tens of thousands in commission, so the return on being the most credible-looking agent in your suburb is enormous. Property management reviews compound even faster because the volume of tenants and landlords is higher.

Risk reversal

The 30-Day Review Guarantee

Send at least 20 eligible customers through the system in your first 30 days. If you don't receive at least 3 new genuine Google reviews in that time, we refund your first month in full.

No retention call, no "let us try one more thing", no partial credit. You email us, we refund you. We've written the full terms in plain English rather than burying them.

What "eligible" means

  • A real customer you actually served in the period
  • A valid Australian mobile number or email address
  • Not previously asked and not on your suppression list
  • Consent captured in line with the Spam Act

We ask for 20 because below that the sample is too small for anyone to draw a fair conclusion — including you.

FAQ

Real Estate Agents — your questions

Industry-specific answers first, then the ones everyone asks.

Should reviews go to the agency profile or my personal profile?

The agency Google Business Profile is the one that ranks in the map pack, so that is where reviews land. The request comes from you personally, which is what drives the response rate.

Can I ask buyers as well as vendors?

Yes. Underrated stream — a buyer who got the property they wanted is delighted and rarely asked. Unsuccessful bidders should not be asked, and we exclude them.

What about tenants? That feels risky.

It can be, and we would rather say so. Ask tenants at good moments — lease signing, a maintenance issue resolved quickly, bond returned in full — not at the end of a difficult tenancy. You control which events trigger a request.

Do I need a CRM or job management software?

No. Most of our clients run on a phone and a notepad. We give you a Job Complete link you save to your home screen — type the customer’s name and mobile, pick who did the work, hit send. Ten seconds. If you do use ServiceM8, Simpro, Fergus, AroFlo, Tradify or Xero, we can connect it so requests fire automatically when you mark a job complete.

How fast can I be live?

Within one business day of you completing onboarding. We need your business name, your Google Business Profile link, and the first names of your team. We write and test your message templates, send you a live test to your own phone, and switch you on once you approve it.

How does the 30-Day Review Guarantee work?

Send at least 20 eligible customers through the system in your first 30 days. If you do not receive at least 3 new genuine Google reviews in that period, we refund your first month in full. No arguing, no retention call. The full terms are on our Guarantee page and we have deliberately written them in plain English.

Is this legal under Australian spam laws?

Yes, and we take it seriously. Under the Spam Act 2003 you need consent, accurate sender identification and a working unsubscribe. Your customers have an existing business relationship with you, every message clearly identifies your business, and replying STOP unsubscribes them instantly and permanently across all future messages. We will not send to a purchased list.

Does this breach Google’s review policies?

No. Google prohibits incentivised reviews, fake reviews and review gating. We do none of those. Google explicitly permits asking your customers for honest reviews — it is in their own Business Profile guidance. We ask every eligible customer the same way and we never filter by expected sentiment.
